Katie is the founder of Justice Connected and has over 33 years experience of working in the criminal justice sector. She has been a senior leader within His Majesty's Prison & Probation Service for over 15 years.  

She has had extensive experience of critical decisive decision making and successfully leading teams through extremely high risk and complex challenges.  She is well respected by peers and stakeholders.

She has been involved policy development and implementation and working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.  She is a qualified to deliver programmes and has designed, developed and delivered a wide range of programmes across her time in the justice sector.  She is also a qualified coach and mentor and has supported many colleagues and external leaders over her extensive career.

Katie has been involved in working closely with ministers in Private Office and is well versed in understanding the political and geopolitical landscape, media handling and public speaking.

She has a passion for supporting individuals and teams to understand and manage critical situations and decision making to improve outcomes for all.
